Professionals and practitioners

You’re investing in your own capability. We build the development, and the tools, around your actual role.

Built around one person’s work.

The same three kinds of work we do for organisations, sized for one person. Most people start with the training.

  1. One-to-one development in working with AI

    Training

Coaching on your own live work, spaced across weeks, for leaders and executives, professionals in teams, and independent practitioners. You learn to think with AI tools, on the work you’re actually paid to do.

  2. A setup built for you

    Workflow automation

We can build assistants from your own records, templates and files, configured on your own machine, and small custom apps for the jobs no off-the-shelf tool quite fits, built so your files stay yours, in plain formats any tool can read.

  3. Measure what matters

    Research and evaluation

For clinicians especially, we can build tools that help you and your clients see whether something is making a difference, designed with the care of a proper study.

    Research and evaluation

For clinicians: when outcomes are hard to see.

Psychologists, occupational therapists, GPs, psychiatrists and other clinicians often work where symptoms are fuzzy and the boundaries of an intervention are hard to draw.

Did eight sessions help?

Is the change making a difference, or was it a good week?

The answer usually rests on what the client remembers and reports, and memory is a poor witness. It leans on the most recent days and the most intense moments, and it tends to find what it expects to find. That’s how human memory works, not a failing of clients.

Measurement can do better. A course of treatment is already a kind of small experiment, and it can be measured with the same care.

We can build this around a practice: measures agreed with each client, quick daily logging, and an honest analysis that shows what changed, if anything, with the caution small numbers require. It’s designed so the data stays with you and your client, and it informs your clinical judgement rather than replacing it.
